Our customers have a period of 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return Process:

Initiate Return: To initiate a return, you must first contact us at info@thaliaeco.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Return Approval: Once your return has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization number and the return shipping address.

Returning Product: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product to be returned to us using a traceable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be covered by him. These costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Trades :
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thaliaeco.com .

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@thaliaeco.com so that we can assess the problem and correct it as soon as possible.

Duration of the Warranty:
This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Blanket :
Our 2-year warranty covers all electronic components of the solar light. This includes, but is not limited to the solar panel, LED bulbs, batteries and internal electronic circuitry.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

• Non-electronic parts, such as housing and mounting hardware.
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs or acts of God.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the solar lamp.

Warranty Claim Process:

1. Claim: To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at info@thaliaeco.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
2. Evaluation: We will evaluate your complaint and may ask you to send the product for evaluation.
3. Repair or Replacement: If the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the defective electronic components at our discretion. Repaired or replaced components will continue to be covered for the remaining term of the original warranty.

Shipping Charges for Warranty Claims:

• Customers are responsible for product shipping costs for warranty claims.
• We will cover the return shipping costs if the warranty claim is valid.

Limitations:
This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser. The warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with in such a way as to alter its functionality or capability.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this warranty at any time without notice.
